Installed New 27 Aug 2016. Immediately afterwards, the doctor left and the system not used. 25 July 2019 Siemens Service checked tube on system to confirm good working condition. The system was then de-installed and Siemens engineer disconnected it from the heat exchanger. The tube was then crated. This tube does NOT have heat exchanger. It will require a qualified engineer to reconnect to HE and purge any possible air before first use.
