All items are sold “as is, where is”. Systems and Accessories are sold without warranty included in the price. A warranty may be available to purchase separately. Each was in good working condition at the time of de-install, unless otherwise stated. Our parts are all good working condition unless otherwise stated in the listing. The warranty applicable to any given part is stated under the “Additional Information” section.
Exchange Policy
Your Packing Slip and Invoice clearly state if part was purchased on an “Exchange” basis. The customer must return a like, repairable OEM item to our facility within 15 days from the date of the shipment. If the exchange part is not received in our facility within 15 days, you will be additional billed of up to full OEM replacement cost.
No 3rd party replacement exchanges will be accepted.
We must be notified within 3 days from date of shipment to claim a DOA. The DOA part must be returned to our facility within 7 days of notification. Failure to return DOA part will result in additional billing and/or refusal of refund for amounts paid.
Restocks
We do not sell parts for troubleshooting. If you install a part, the sale is final. Most items may be returned if the shipping box is unopened. All items are non-returnable if the shipping box has been opened, unless arrangements have been made in advance of purchase. If you are returning an item for restock, you must obtain prior approval from Radiology OneSource within 3 days from original date of shipment before returning the item. Any item returned will be subject to a 25% restocking fee for un-opened items and 35% restocking fee for opened items. Items returned without approval or after 7 days will not be accepted for credit.
Verify the part number and description before placing your order. Radiology OneSource is not responsible for incorrect part numbers ordered. The part number will always take precedence over a conflicting description. When in doubt, send us a photo to help identify the desired part. We can also send you a photo of the part we propose to sell.
To place a warranty claim, we must be notified within the stated warranty period. The failed part must be returned to our facility within 3 days of notification. A Warranty Evaluation will be performed and a replacement part will be issued if it is deemed appropriate.
Payment
All parts orders are paid in full, in advance before shipping. Please add $35 for wire transfer receiving and 5% surcharge of order total to all credit card transactions.
Core and Housing Deposits
All probes and tubes sold on exchange basis will require a core or housing deposit to be paid at the time of order. The deposit will be refunded in full upon verification of reparability of the exchange item. Return shipments are at the customers expense. Costs of initial shipment and related expenses are non-refundable.
International Shipments
All shipments outside of the United States of America are without duties, taxes, customs, clearance, handling or other charges. Please be prepared to provide your account number with your preferred carrier for shipping and other charges. INCO Terms are EXW when shipped on your account or DDU when shipped on our account.

To return your exchange product, you should send your product to

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
